Speaking one language.
Bíró Csilla has been part of the international classical music world for nearly four decades. She began her career as a pianist and teacher, and later became a versatile partner in artistic careers as an impresario, artist manager, producer, music curator and educator.
Her work centres on making talent visible, helping individual artistic paths unfold, and supporting the human being beyond the stage. Artist life and wellbeing, as well as the long-term balance of a career, are just as important to her as professional fulfilment.
Founded by Csilla, Biro Music Management is a boutique artist management agency in Budapest, at the heart of Europe, dedicated to building the professional careers of its artists, shaping their careers consciously and strengthening their international presence.

Behind success on stage, alongside artistic knowledge, lie practical skills for which traditional arts education does not always prepare young artists. Csilla wants to pass on the professional knowledge and experience she has gained over several decades to the next generations of artists. She has taught in many parts of the world, and one culmination of this multifaceted teaching career is her work at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music.
For her, teaching is first and foremost mentoring: she connects artistic thinking with the practical side of a career and an artist-wellbeing perspective, helping young talents shape their own artistic paths consciously, independently and in balance.

Behind the stage
is the human being.
Behind an effortless stage presence often lie long hours of practice, travel, an irregular lifestyle, competition, pressure to perform and the physical strain of playing an instrument. Csilla therefore approaches an artistic career holistically, seeing the person as a unity of body, mind and spirit.
Her experience with yoga philosophy and Health Coaching grew from the recognition that inner physical harmony, proper breathing and complete focus are just as much a part of artistic preparation as technical skill. The aim is not merely better performance, but inner balance, peace and a sense of contented calm, so that an artist can remain fully present in both life and vocation over the long term.
