Bíró Csilla Personal attention. Genuine partnership.

From the outset, we set ourselves the goal of planning the long-term professional careers of the young artists represented by Biro Music Management, supporting their artistic development, and, last but not least, helping to ensure that their personal growth remains in healthy balance with their artistic success. We provide them with continuous media exposure and, of course, assist in preparing all the necessary supporting and promotional materials. Through our extensive network of contacts in Hungary and abroad, as well as our collaborations with arts institutions, we create performance opportunities for our clients and provide the necessary legal representation in connection with these engagements. In addition, we identify potential supporters and sponsors for our artists and actively participate in both national and international grant and funding opportunities.

01 / Working together

Artist management

For me, authentic artist representation begins with truly understanding whom I represent: their individuality, artistic character, repertoire, values and professional ambitions. No two artistic paths are the same, so no two management strategies can be identical. From this foundation, I represent and introduce artists to Hungarian and international partners, concert presenters, festivals and cultural institutions, seeking opportunities that genuinely suit their personality and artistic direction.

Career management

A truly fulfilling artistic career is not born from a single major opportunity. It is shaped by years, decisions, encounters, relationships and often invisible work behind the scenes. Conscious positioning, consistent communication and a carefully chosen sequence of professional opportunities make it possible for talent to develop into a successful and respected long-term career. I accompany artists on this journey with strategic thinking, personal attention and mentoring.

Project management

In creating a concert or cultural project, the artistic vision and its high-quality realisation are equally important to me. A strong project goes beyond a single event: it conveys an idea, tells a story, creates encounters and produces lasting cultural value. From concept to implementation, I strive to create projects in which artistic quality, distinctive character and professional execution form a coherent whole.

04 / Working together

Cultural collaborations

I believe the universal language of classical music creates a special opportunity for different people, communities, institutions and cultures to meet. My work therefore extends beyond representing artists and projects to creating professional and cultural collaborations that can generate new connections, shared thinking and initiatives that create lasting value.

05 / Working together

Press and communication

An artist’s public presence is authentic when it is not an externally constructed image but a genuine reflection of their personality and artistic identity. In press materials, biographies, photographs, digital platforms and communication, I therefore aim to convey the same values and quality that characterise the artist. The goal is not simply greater visibility, but a recognisable, authentic professional presence with lasting value.

Farkas Gábor

Pianist.
Two decades of a shared professional journey.

In the international world of classical music.

Gábor Farkas and I have been working together for nearly two decades. A Liszt Ferenc Prize-winning pianist and Rector of the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music, his artistry combines remarkable virtuosity with sensitivity and a rich, singing tone. Tamás Vásáry aptly described him as “the poet of the piano.”

A major milestone in his international career was winning the International Liszt Piano Competition in Weimar, followed by the Grand Prize of the New York Concert Artists & Associates Competition and his Carnegie Hall debut. Since then, he has performed at prestigious concert halls and festivals around the world, while also playing an active role in shaping the international classical music scene.

The human side of success

Authenticity.
Balance. The joy of creation.

For me, however, the most important question in a collaboration spanning many years is not simply how well known, respected or successful an exceptional artist becomes. It is equally important that throughout this journey the artist preserves their authentic self, inner balance, human integrity and joy of creation. I believe true success is inseparable from remaining a whole, happy and authentic person throughout one’s career.
